Warranty Coverage
VOCCIA will, at its discretion, undertake the repair or replacement of products or spare parts determined to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults in accordance with the terms outlined in this warranty.
VOCCIA reserves the right to inspect the product to ascertain the underlying cause of any defect or damage. Repair or replacement procedures will be carried out by VOCCIA technicians or authorized third-party service providers under VOCCIA’s supervision.
If the product or spare part is discontinued or unavailable, VOCCIA reserves the right to, at its discretion, substitute the item with an equivalent product.
Terms and Conditions
This warranty will not apply in the following circumstances:
- The product or spare part has not been stored, installed, used, or maintained strictly according to VOCCIA’s instruction manual and guidelines.
- The product has undergone modifications, alterations, or changes from its original design or shape, resulting in incompatibility with the original specifications.
- The product or spare part has suffered damage due to circumstances beyond human control, including natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder, and lightning.
- Damage or loss resulting from accidents, unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper cleaning or maintenance of the product, or the presence of foreign objects in the water system.
This written warranty represents the exclusive warranty provided by VOCCIA. The First Buyer’s sole recourse under this warranty is limited to appropriate repair or replacement of the product as stipulated herein. VOCCIA disclaims liability for any damage, loss, or expense incurred by any third party related to the product. VOCCIA’s liability is restricted to the product purchased by the First Buyer as stipulated in the purchase documents.
Claim Process
The First Buyer must retain and provide official VOCCIA purchase documents (e.g., receipts or invoices) to make a valid warranty claim.
